property without the hassle of you having to do anything. You
just relax and we think of everything else you don’t have to.
Condo Genie is a
new upcoming and fast growing Condo Rental Service that personally
gets involved with guests and long term renters. We pride ourselves
in keeping in touch with the guests, before, during and after their
visit.
Besides
coordinating the schedules for short or long term renters, we
create, manage and monitor the website(s) at which the condos are
listed. Constant changes and updates are made to keep the potential
guest or renter interested.
We handle all
contracts, money exchanges, sales and bed tax with precision to keep
you and (or) your accountant happy. Furthermore, we schedule
cleanings (after check-out) with Condo Genie’s own cleaning crew.
This will also allow us to monitor your condo on a regular basis and
for upkeep on all services needed, control/maintain damages caused
by a guest. No longer will the guest have to report or even be
bothered with imperfections since Condo Genie was able to solve the
problem before the new guest arrives.
We also provide
miscellaneous maintenance including emergency services. (Billed
separately to the owner)
Emergency
services include after hours calls and hurricane preparedness for
your condo. (If condo association maintenance does not already
provide such service)
Monthly
statements and activity reports are sent to each owner.
Condo Genie
charges only 20% of the rental fee which is up to 35% less expensive
than most other leading rental services.
